March 2012. The results of the HFSC competition for the best publication of 2011 on the history of fortification were announced.
November 18-19, 2011. The 4th conference of the HFSC on the history of fortification took place.
August 2011. The 2nd issue of the refereed academic journal "Questions of the History of Fortification”, published by the HFSC, was out.
April 30 – May 4, 2011. The HFSC organised a unique tour "Belarussian fortifications: from fortified ancient settlements to fortified regions”.
February 2011. The results of the HFSC competition for the best publication of 2010 on the history of fortification were announced.
November 7, 2010. The 3rd conference of the HFSC on the history of fortification took place.
April 18, 2010. A Round-table discussion "Disputable fortification terms” was held within the framework of the 2nd conference of the HFSC.
April 17–18, 2010. The 2nd conference of the HFSC on the history of fortification took place.

February 2010. The results of the HFSC competition for the best publication of 2009 on the history of fortification were announced.
September 27, 2009. A scientific and practical outgo event to the site of Old Kashira through Zaraisk Kremlin to Kolomna Kremlin took place in the framework of the 1st conference of the HFSC on the history of fortification.
September 26–27, 2009. The HFSC carried out the 1st conference of the HFSC on the history of fortification.
June 2009. The HFSC started work.
